Before making your pudding:

Allow your bananas a week to age, this will allow them to really soften

Separate your egg whites from your eggs yolks into two different bowls

To separate your eggs:

Crack them but hold them at an angle as to not allow them to spill out of the shell

Slowly pour just the clear part into one bowl

Once only the yellow yolk is left in the shell, pour the yolk into the other bowl

Repeat the process with all 3 eggs

Creating your pudding:

Take the bowl containing the yolks and add ½ cup of sugar, 1 cup of milk and mix thoroughly

Take the can of condensed milk and remove the label and open it

With the condensed milk still inside the can, fill a pot with a few cups of water

Place the whole can in the middle of the water and set it to boil on high for 10 to 12 minutes

Once the condense milk has thickened, remove the can from the water using a pot holder

Dump the condensed milk into the mix that you have started

Add ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract to the mixture and stir
