Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Create the topping:

Take your bowl of egg whites and starting to beat them with an electric mixer set on high

As the egg whites start to form small mountain-like peaks, start adding ½ cup of sugar gradually as you continue to mix

Once the mix looks thick spread it over your layers covering the whole top

Add some remaining wafers vertically to the top in a way desired

Cooking:

Place your baking dish inside the oven and let cook for 15 to 20 minutes; until some of the cream on top is a golden brown

Remove the dish from the oven and allow it to cool for 15 minutes

Serve the pudding warm or put it in the refrigerator and allow it to chill
